Cancellation Policy

 

At Flatflowsy (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we provide a range of outdoor products through our online store. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following policy for order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders within 48 hours of placement: If your order has not yet been shipped and it is within 48 hours of your purchase, you may request a direct cancellation.

  • Orders after 48 hours or already shipped: We are unable to cancel orders that were placed more than 48 hours ago or those that have already entered the shipping process. In such cases, please wait for the logistics to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • To apply for a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at solutions@flatflowsy.com or by phone at +1 (516) 640-8743. You must provide your order number and proof of payment.

  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions

Upon confirmation of the cancellation, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us for further assistance.

Cancellation Confirmation

An order is only considered successfully canceled once you have received a formal confirmation notification from us via email. Simply sending a request does not guarantee a cancellation if the order has already moved to the shipping stage.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery because they changed their mind without following the cancellation process outlined above, the customer may be responsible for the costs associated with the return logistics.

Order Accuracy and Availability

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if there are errors in the product information displayed on our online store. If we cancel your order for these reasons, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
