Shipping Range
We currently offer delivery services within the territory of Australia only. Shipping to countries outside of Australia is not supported at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: For orders totaling $50 AUD or more (inclusive of $50 AUD), we provide free delivery.

  • Flat Rate: For orders under $50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 AUD will be charged.

Taxes and Duties
All taxes, duties, and related fees are included in the product price displayed on our website. You do not need to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Order Handling Time
We require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your items arrive safely, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the assigned logistics carrier. You can track your package by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.

  • Product Damage or Loss: We take full responsibility for any items damaged or lost during transit before they are signed for. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.

  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delivery failures or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Signing Precautions
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before signing. if the package appears significantly damaged, we recommend taking photos and contacting us before accepting the delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to your absence, they may leave a notification card or take the parcel to a local collection point. If a redelivery is required due to repeated failed attempts caused by the recipient, additional costs may be incurred by you.

Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or significant transport network disruptions.
